Technology Training and Instructional Design

Utilising the latest technologies to supply a variety of training solutions, learners can now be reached at a greater distance, with greater frequency, and at lower cost than ever before.

Instructor-Led Webinars

Instructor-led training courses can be delivered to learners in multiple locations with web-based seminars (“webinars”) utilising systems such as Adobe Connect Pro or GotoWebinar.

Webinar training makes sessions readily available at the employees desktop, where they might otherwise be unable to attend traditional training due to work requirements or logistics, and means no travel time or travel costs are involved.

Webinars can be recorded in industry standard formats and stored for future viewing.

On-Demand Recorded Lessons

While instructor-led training is still appropriate for many learning programs, self-paced training is becoming more predominant, leading to blended learning solutions.

The benefits of self-paced learning include:-

  • Learners reach competency faster, leading to greater productivity.
  • Learners can engage in learning any time, anywhere, and from any location.
  • The consistency of elearning delivers uniform content to all learners.
  • Significant travel savings.

Being cost and time efficient, on-demand training modules can be hosted on a wide variety of Learning Management System (LMS) or Content Management System (CMS) platforms.

Instructor-Led In-Person Training

A certified trainer and assessor, I  deliver professional instructor-led and blended training courses in telecommunications, specialised test and measurement equipment, and advanced computer systems to a variety of international corporations, telecom operators, military, law enforcement and government organisations.
